Orders & payment

Shipping & delivery
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.
Returns & refunds
Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects and transit damage, reported within 2 working days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. Approved claims are resolved by replacement, repair, refund, or store credit, with free collection. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
Intellectual property
The Island name, logo, product designs, photography, and site content are the property of Island Global Company and may not be reproduced without permission.
